Cleft maxillary hypoplasia presents a significant challenge in Craniofacial surgery and orthodontics , necessitating a multidisciplinary approach for  effective management. This presentation delves into the techniques of osteotomy, distraction osteogenesis and surgical orthodontics, highlighting their role in correcting maxillary deficiencies associated with cleft lip and palate.
