SPEAKER: Dr. Jorge Chaurand, DDS, MSc (Master’s degree in Clinical Research), is a distinguished Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery, Hospital 20 de Noviembre in Mexico City. He leads the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Clinic and Research Department at the hospital, where he specializes in diagnosing and treating complex TMJ disorders.

In addition to his clinical and leadership roles, Dr. Chaurand contributes to the scientific community as a reviewer for the Journal of Stomatology & Maxillofacial Surgery. His work integrates advanced surgical techniques with research-driven innovation to improve patient outcomes in maxillofacial surgery.
