ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Prof. Sanjiv Nair, MDS, FFD RCS, FDS RCPS, FIBSCOMS President, is  a distinguished leader in the field of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, currently serving as the President of IAOMS. He is the Professor and Head of the Bangalore Institute of Dental Sciences and a Lead Consultant in Cranio Maxillofacial Surgery at B M Jain Hospital. His leadership roles include Vice President of IAOMS from 2022 to 2024 and Vice President-Elect from 2019 to 2021. Prof. Nair also served as Past President of the Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons of India (AOMSI) from 2014 to 2015. He has significantly contributed to the field as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Maxillofacial Surgery (JMOS) from 2011 to 2013 and as the editor of the book "Management of Head and Neck Vascular Lesions - A Guide for Surgeons" published by Springer. His extensive experience and scholarly work continue to advance the discipline of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery globally.
