About the event
PREMIUM MASTERCLASS — LIMITED ENROLLMENT (10 PARTICIPANTS)
Free for active subscribers • 10 seats only • First come, first served
An advanced, small-group masterclass focused on case-based learning and direct faculty interaction.
Included for all active surgeON subscribers. Remaining seats are available via paid registration.
For less than the price of 1 single ticket, one month of surgeON Full Access (CHF 25) gives you this and all masterclasses plus 150+ recorded lectures and CE.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Participants are invited to bring their own clinical case, transforming the session into a real-world planning workshop. Together with Dr. Meisami, cases will be dissected step-by-step - from airway evaluation and skeletal analysis to occlusion, facial aesthetics, and definitive surgical strategy. The discussion will focus on how experienced surgeons actually think: structured clinical reasoning, decision-making under uncertainty, and execution of complex airway cases.
Expect direct feedback, honest discussion of complications and limitations, and practical strategies you can immediately apply in your own practice.
This is a rare opportunity to work side-by-side with a leading expert in skeletal sleep surgery, refine your treatment planning, and gain insight from a select group of peers operating at a high clinical level.
If you want to move beyond theoretical knowledge, sharpen your decision-making, and expand your airway surgery practice, this masterclass is designed for you.
Seats are strictly limited and expected to fill quickly.
TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS
Real case-based discussions: OSA patients across a spectrum of skeletal patterns
Airway-driven planning: how to move beyond occlusion-first thinking

Balancing airway, occlusion, and facial aesthetics in real patients
Troubleshooting difficult and revision cases
Structured clinical reasoning used by experienced surgeons
“Great outcomes in skeletal sleep surgery are not accidental—they are the result of disciplined clinical reasoning and precise planning.”
