About the event
For many years there has been a focus on eliminating physician burnout to address the crisis level that burnout has become. Dr. Palamara will provide an overview of the concept of professional well-being, and how shifting the focus to enhancing well-being, rather than eliminating burnout, can create more sustainable change at a systems and individual level.There will be a focus on the role of coaching as well as other tools to address these issues. Attendees will receive tangible tools that they can implement upon completion of the talk to address their well-being and that of others in their workplaces.
