SPEAKER: Deepak Krishnan, BDS, FACS, is the Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. He also holds a Professorship in Surgery at the College of Medicine, where he engages in teaching and clinical practice. Deepak received his dental degree from Bangalore University in India and completed his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Emory University’s College of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. He further specialized in orthognathic surgery through fellowship training at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada. Deepak is a Director of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Additionally, he serves as a consultant on Simulation for the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) Committee on Anesthesia (CAN).
