Dr. Deborah Gomez Kwolek, MD, is an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Senior Physician at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she serves as Founding Director of the Women’s Health & Menopause Program. She is a nationally recognized leader in precision medicine, menopause care, and personalized hormone therapy, with a strong academic and clinical focus on the biological determinants of health, healing, and long-term outcomes. Dr. Kwolek is widely regarded for her expertise in translating cutting-edge research into practical clinical strategies that enhance patient safety, optimize recovery, and improve outcomes across medical and surgical disciplines.
