About the event

+++ PARTICIPATION LIMITED TO 25 SURGEONS +++

+++ INCLUDED FOR surgeON SUBSCRIBERS (PRIORITY ACCESS) +++

Radiation-damaged tissue has long been one of the most difficult challenges in head and neck reconstruction. Recent advances in fat processing technologies and regenerative techniques, however, are beginning to change what surgeons can achieve in these complex cases.

In this exclusive surgeON Masterclass, Anastasiya Quimby will demonstrate how modern fat grafting approaches can improve vascularity, reduce fibrosis, and restore tissue quality in irradiated patients.

Through real clinical cases, participants will explore how advances in harvesting systems, purification technologies, and regenerative fat transfer techniques are expanding reconstructive possibilities in previously compromised tissues.

The session is designed as an interactive learning experience, allowing participants to discuss surgical decision-making, technical considerations, and clinical outcomes directly with faculty.

This masterclass provides practical insight into how leading surgeons are incorporating regenerative fat grafting technologies into daily practice to achieve improved functional and aesthetic outcomes in complex head and neck reconstruction.

Seats are intentionally limited to maintain an interactive discussion with faculty.

FACULTY

Dr. Anastasiya Quimby, MD, DDS is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with fellowship training in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstruction. Her clinical and academic work focuses on regenerative fat grafting and adipose-derived therapies to improve irradiated head and neck tissues following cancer treatment.

After completing her DDS at the University of Illinois at Chicago (first in her class), she earned her MD and completed a six-year OMFS residency at the University of Florida, followed by a fellowship in Head and Neck Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction. Her work explores how modern fat harvesting and processing technologies enable regenerative fat transfer to reverse radiation-induced fibrosis and improve tissue quality.

Dr. Quimby lectures internationally on advanced reconstructive strategies and regenerative fat grafting in irradiated patients, highlighting how technological advances are transforming outcomes in complex head and neck reconstruction.
