Join us for the closing session of SurgeON’s Women in Surgery Month, celebrating the remarkable surgeons, educators, and innovators who are shaping the future of global surgical education.

Throughout March, SurgeON has highlighted the voices and expertise of women leaders across surgical specialties. This final session brings together SurgeON faculty and invited speakers for a reflective and forward-looking conversation on leadership, mentorship, and the evolving role of women in surgery.

The discussion will explore:
