About the event
Facial asymmetries represent some of the most complex problems in orthognathic surgery, demanding meticulous diagnosis, three-dimensional planning, and refined surgical execution. In this session, Dr. Leandro Klüppel shares a structured, experience-based approach to the correction of facial asymmetries using orthognathic surgery.
The lecture focuses on clinical analysis, decision-making between surgical options, sequencing of procedures, and management of skeletal and occlusal discrepancies. Emphasis is placed on achieving symmetry, stability, and long-term functional and aesthetic outcomes. This talk is designed for surgeons seeking practical insights that translate directly into improved results in challenging asymmetric cases.
